Mr. Ahmed founded ICG, Inc. in April 2001, he continues to grow the company’s client base, revenue and profitability since founding the company. Mr. Ahmed grew up in the janitorial business. His grandfather, Leo Clarke, founded a janitorial and supply business in Connecticut in 1918. His father, George Clarke, grew the business, and then his nephew Randy Clarke was named President of the company. The company will reach its 100th year in 2018. Prior to founding ICG, Inc., Mr. Ahmed was employed by IBM for 22 years in sales, and he served as a sales manager for 14 years. Rasool participated in many IBM executive management classes during his 22 year career. He has a proven track record of providing dynamic leadership to large geographic sales organizations. His industry expertise ranges in: Distribution, Facilities Services, Construction and Insurance. Rasool has a wealth of expertise and experience in personnel management and process re-engineering. He has helped his clients streamline their business operations, resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction, revenue and profitably. Rasool received his BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of CT. in 1977, while lettering in Football. The IBM Corporation sponsored Mr. Ahmed’s Executive MBA, which he earned at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Mo in 1997.

Rasheedah Ahmed is the Director of the Office and Leasing Personnel for InterSolutions, LLC. Originally from Leawood, KS, Rasheedah graduated with a degree in Finance from Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2004. She has been working with InterSolutions, LLC. For 9 years. She is very active in PMA (Property Management Association), especially with the Community Service Committee that she chaired for several years. Rasheedah helped to spearhead PMA’s Career Day at So Others Might Eat (SOME). This program features PMA members offering career guidance and job interview training to SOME patrons, in helping tem to obtain positions within the property management field. For her passion and dedication to community service efforts, PMA named Rasheedah the 2009 recipient of the Stanley F. Reid Humanitarian of the Year Award. Most recently, Rasheedah was elected to serve on PMA’s board of Director’s and became PMA’s Associate Council vice chair in 2011. During her tenure at InterSOlutions, Rasheedah played a key role in the growth and expansion of its services in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Her efforts were inclusive of all aspects of property management staffing and recruiting.

George B. Clarke joined Clarke House and Window Cleaning in New Haven, Conn in 1950. His father, Leo G. Clarke, founded Clarke’s in 1918. George assumed the role of CEO and President upon his father’s death in 1973. During George’s tenure at Clarke’s, he helped grow the company and tripled sales. He also convinced his father to incorporate the company in 1964. Clarke House and Window Cleaning Company services large and small companies and institutions throughout the state of Connecticut. Their client list includes Yale University, the City of New Haven, the Housing Authority, and many large and small companies. Clarke’s has employed hundreds of individuals in the inner city and urban core. George B. Clarke has served on many boards and commissions during his active years with Clarke’s. He is still involved with many philanthropic organizations in the inner city today.
ICG was founded in April 2001, and is certified as a Minority/DBE firm by the City of Kansas City, Missouri and the Mid America Minority Business Development Council. ICG services customers in the Missouri and Kansas geographies. ICG is focused on providing the highest quality parking services and janitorial products and supplies to large and small customers
Mr. Spencer currently serves as President & CEO of RBI LLC which owns and operates 140 rural cable systems in four states. He began his career as President and founder of Advantech, Inc., a regional telecommunications company headquartered in Atlanta Georgia. After selling the company to a national telecommunications services firm, Mr. Spencer than held management positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and business development with AT&T, GE Capital Communication Services, Global Crossing and Sprint PCS.
Most recently, Mr. Spencer was CEO of Everest Connections, Aplus.Net/Codero, Windjammer Communications and board member and interim CEO of LodgeNet. Mr Spencer holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Marquette University.
