Since joining the ICG Team, Mr. Scroggins has excelled as a team manager, demonstrating strong communication, organizational skills, and an impeccable work ethic. Alongside Mr. Hooker, he fosters a leadership approach that promotes the growth of all team members and ensures outstanding customer satisfaction.

Mr. Smith currently serves as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for a Commercial Real Estate Company. He currently sits on three boards, and owns interest in six different companies ranging from Security, Accounting, Finance and Chocolates. He began his career as Auditor at Ernst and Young. Mr. Smith has held his current positions for 20 years, and continues to look for new business ventures. Mr. Smith currently acts as the financial advisor for ICG Inc. Mr. Smith holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business, as well as Masters in Finance.

Mr. Hooker joined ICG in 2008 and currently serves as the Maintenance Team Manager. He leads custodial teams, develops cleaning protocols, manages budgets, and ensures the highest standards of facility hygiene and safety. His responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Mr. Hooker’s exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence are evident in his leadership.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Mr. Hooker is also a dedicated deacon and choir director at his church. He is married with children. Before joining ICG, he spent over 25 years at Gates BBQ, a prominent Kansas City employer, where he began as a cook and advanced to manager. Mr. Hooker is a valuable asset to ICG’s employees, customers, and management.
